“The essence of interior design will always be about people and how they live.” (Albert Hadley). Every day, interior designers positively impact people’s lives by creating spaces that enhance and enrich the way others live.

 ASID California San Diego chapter recognizes these incredible designers and their contribution to the design industry through the ASID Design Excellence awards. The 2024 winners were announced on December 4th and Design Institute of San Diego is proud to celebrate the award-winning members of our DI community.

First Place– Commercial: Public Spaces, Hospitality, Multifamily

Rudi Haido & Vallerie Dalrymple, Allied ASID – DI Alumni

First Place– Residential: Kitchen Large (Greater than 200sq ft.)

Second Place– Residential: Bathroom Small (Less than 100 sq. ft.)

Second Place– Residential: Bathroom Large (Greater than 100 sq. ft.)

Second Place– Residential: Vacation Rental
