Sarah Watlington is ambitious. By halfway through her junior year she was already elbow-deep in the re-design of two restaurants. Last month she graduated from DI and spent the day with family and friends, celebrating her huge achievement. Then within hours it was off to Point Loma to continue working on her third professional project.

Not a day goes by that DI instructor Michelle Hamm doesn't appreciate the job America's fighting men and women do. In an effort to make their transition to civilian life more pleasant, she's taken her 15 years of healthcare design and applied it to creating the Hope and Care facilities at Camp Pendleton.
