The San Diego Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Community Center (The Center) provides advocacy, behavioral health services, discussion groups, a young professionals council, family services, HIV services, Latino services, men’s services, women’s services, transgender services, and more.

The North County LGBTQ Resource Center serves the lesbian, gay, transgender, bisexual, and questioning (LGBTQ) communities of Encinitas, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Vista, San Marcos, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo, Fallbrook, Camp Pendleton, and other outlying areas. Services include support groups for youth, seniors and military service members as well as HIV/AIDS testing and prevention, counseling, civil rights advocacy, classes, and workgroups.

The Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center guides, advocates, and provides support for many different at-risk groups and populations through drug abuse education, HIV testing and counseling, individual and family counseling, anger management groups, youth programs, community events, and more.

In addition to hosting Pride events in July, San Diego LGBT Pride hosts events throughout the year.
Parents, Families and Friends of Lesbians and Gays (PFLAG) San Diego County is a support, education and advocacy organization. At PFLAG, participants find a confidential, warm and supportive setting where they can share their concerns with others and find comfort and reassurance about their gay children, family members, friends and themselves. Meetings, including a Spanish-language meeting and a transgender support group, occur in locations throughout the county.
PFLAG San Diego County also offers scholarships to LGBT+ college students.

Planned Parenthood provides education, support, and sexual and reproductive health services for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, and intersex patients.

Lambda Archives of San Diego collects, preserves, and teaches the history of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people in the San Diego and Northern Baja California region.

Our Safe Place is a welcoming community center for LGBTQ youth up to age 21 and their families, run by San Diego Youth Services. Locations in San Diego, Chula Vista, Escondido, and Oceanside offer social activities, support groups, advocacy, mentoring, assessments, referrals, and more.
The Trevor Project offers accredited life-saving, life-affirming programs and services to LGBTQ youth that create safe, accepting and inclusive environments over the phone, online and through text.
