9:30-10:00 Registration
10 – 10:30 Welcome from Jenny Seong from the PDC and Pam Meyer, ASID, President of the CA Los Angeles Chapter
10:45-1:00 Tour of 3 showrooms with speakers: Duralee Fabrics, Century Furniture and Stark Carpet
Speakers:
Allison Pollack, Allied ASID, will speak on furniture design and designing using sustainable methods
Ernie Roth, Allied ASID, will speak on set design as a career path
Deborah Davis, ASID will speak about next steps in your career, including licensing, advancing to Allied member, CID and the NCIDQ.
1:00-2:00 Lunch and keynote speaker Bridgid Coulter, Allied ASID will be sharing her body of work
2:00-4:00 Computer demonstrations on Revit, Archicad, Form Z, and Rhino
4:00-5:00 Tour Thomas Lavin
